I hope you have not been leading a double life, pretending to be wicked and being good all the time. That would be hypocrisy.

Everyone sees what you appear to be, few experience what you really are.

When you see that in order to produce, you need to obtain permission from men who produce nothing - When you see that money is flowing to those who deal, not in goods, butt in favors - When you see that men get richer by graft and by pull than by work, and your laws don’t protect you against them, but protect them against you - When you see corruption being rewarded and honesty becoming a self-sacrifice - You may know that your society is doomed.

Wrong does not cease to be wrong because the majority share in it.

I have met men who are habitual liars. They have lied so long that they no longer can distinguish between the truth and a lie. Their sensitivity to sin has been almost completely deadened.

And even a liar can be scared into telling the truth, same as honest man can be tortured into telling a life.

Never esteem anything as of advantage to you that will make you break your word or lose your self-respect.

With integrity, you have nothing to fear, since you have nothing to hide.

Your first and foremost job as a leader is to take charge of your own energy and then to help to orchestrate the energy of those around you.

To educate in mind and not in morals is to educate a menace to society.

As leaders we are not only responsible for harvesting our own success, but for cultivating the success of the next generation.
